Juliet Hiznay, the founder of Nova Education Resources, is a special education advocate and attorney in private practice in Northern Virginia. The focus of Ms. Hiznay’s practice is education matters for students with learning differences. At the state level, she works with other advocates on the Virginia Education Task Force, a group working to achieve better outcomes for students in the public school system, including support for legislation to improve education law in Virginia. Her civic volunteer work in Arlington County gives her insight into how local governments allocate resources. Ms. Hiznay is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Ms. Hiznay serves on the Advisory Council of Parents of Autistic Children of Northern Virginia.
